Four Things 02 - YogaIf you follow me on twitter you’ll notice that I’ve been really getting in to yoga lately. I’ve been wanting to start it for a while, but never really knew where to start. I remember reading on Instagram somewhere about Erin Motz’s 30 Day Yoga Challenge, so one night when I was bored, I just decided to give it a try. I never actually intended to attempt the challenge – I just wanted to see if I actually liked yoga, but before I knew it, the 20 minutes were up and I couldn’t wait for day two! I’m now on day 16 and I still love it! I actually just bought myself a yoga mat too, rather than using my scratchy rug in the bedroom so it’s much more enjoyable. I can already see the progress I’ve made in the past two weeks.

Let me know if you do yoga, and what you use to practice. I’d love some more resources to check out!

    Yoga still intimidates me! But I’ve been trying to hit the gym more since I have such a sedentary job.

    We follow each other on IG and today I visited your blog! It’s lovely! Can’t wait to try some of your recipes! And I want to tell you, you DID inspire me to try the 30 Day Yoga Challenge! Yep! Just finished day 1!
