Mixed Berry Smoothie

IMG_2298 copy IMG_2295 copy (2)This is probably one of my favourite smoothies to make – it’s so simple. I love that the majority of the ingredients can be bought frozen so it’s much cheaper to make too. I don’t tend to measure ingredients out – so I’ve gave a rough estimate as to how much to use but you can totally play around with that.

Makes around 2 glasses

Ingredients:
1 ripe banana
handful mixed frozen berries
1/4 mango
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1 cup milk + extra depending on how thick you like your smoothies

Method:
1. Place all ingredients except the chia seeds in a blender and blend till smooth, adding the chia seeds at the last minute and blending once more to mix them in, adding more milk if required.
2. Serve up and enjoy!
