Days Out

Two Hours in Cambridge

March 9, 2015

Cambridge Cambridge Cambridge Cambridge Cambridge Cambridge Cambridge Cambridge Cambridge This past weekend, Shane and I took a little trip over to Cambridge while the weather was super nice and enjoyed exploring along the river. Cambridge is one of my favourite places, and though most of it is the world famous Cambridge University, it’s so interesting exploring the architecture of the old buildings and the amazing gardens of Clare college (which we didn’t have time for), and of course, no trip is complete without a tour on a punt. Sadly we only had a couple hours to explore so we walked to the main shopping area and wandered through some of the streets then found some pretty bridges to stand on and watch the punts go by before heading back to the car!

Hi, this is me from Twitter. 🙂 Just wanted to say that I love the bokeh effect in your spring flower photos, and of course the flowers in themselves. We had a great spring day on Tuesday, but now it’s incredibly wet, cold and miserable.
I was in Cambridge for a few hours a couple of years ago. Nice town, but I didn’t get to see so much of it.

Hi!! Thanks so much again for letting me know about the submit button! I wondered why it was a little quiet around here haha!
You’ll definitely have to visit Cambridge again sometime – it’s one of my favourite cities to explore. 🙂
