Foxton Locks

This past saturday we took a little evening walk around our local canal locks, Foxton Locks. We love coming here and seeing all the pretty canal boats parked up, though we didn’t get to see any actually going through the locks this time around as I think we got there a little late. It was such a nice walk around the canal, with everyone sitting around their little boats in the sunshine or having dinner in the garden overlooking the canal at the nearby pub. I’d love to go on a little canal boat holiday for a couple days, I just don’t think I’d like to be the responsible one driving it, so that might have to wait a few years hah!
